PLANNING & PROJECT DESIGN

The leading factors of success in aluminum curtain wall applications are planning, project design and implementation.

Our proposal department determines the final form of the project by helping the project owner with facade design if there is a 3D facade design available, and if not, by suggesting correct and appropriate systems regarding system sections.

All point details of the determined project are measured with theodolite, level and total station and transferred to computer environment. Our project department details the determined design in the most appropriate way according to this data and proceeds to the production stage.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing detail drawings of the curtain wall system to be applied, created by our project design department, are taken to the production line and processed in our state-of-the-art precision cutting, press and CNC machines, and the production of load-bearing constructions and composite panels required for application is carried out.

In our new factory built on 1500m² closed area in Istanbul Ümraniye - Şerifali, with our 25-person production team, all of whom have experience in the sector, we aim to progress towards setting the standard in the sector domestically and internationally with the projects we deliver flawlessly and on time.

We are moving forward with confident steps on this path by using the importance we give to qualified human resources and the advantages of closely following technology.

INSTALLATION

Following the project design phase of the structure where curtain wall application will be made by our project department, the produced materials are delivered to the construction site within a certain program and applied to the structure by our expert installation teams.

ISTANBULCEPHE can perform flawless and timely installations on many construction sites simultaneously with its engineers and installation technical teams, each of whom are experts in their field. All stages of installation are carried out under the control of our field team leaders and in compliance with work safety rules.

Installation stages are carried out with great care and each stage is checked one by one on site by our engineers who are experts in their field. The coordination strength and experience between our installation teams enable us to perform trouble-free, flawless and timely installation applications on many construction sites simultaneously.
